My Disappointment with Anadolu Jet: Misleading Baggage Info and Uncomfortable Flights
When purchasing my flight ticket, I was misled into buying a ticket without baggage. Later, I was charged an exorbitant fee for additional baggage. While Azal Airlines charges 40 USD for 23 kg of baggage, Anadolu Jet charged me ₺4050 for 16 kg of additional baggage. This situation shocked me and caused significant inconvenience. Aircraft used for international flights are the same as those used for domestic flights and are very uncomfortable. These planes are not suitable for long journeys and fail to ensure passenger comfort. The fact that Anadolu Jet is a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines makes this even more unacceptable.Even water is sold during the flight, and this is not clearly stated anywhere. It is unacceptable that passengers have to pay extra to meet their basic needs. This journey truly disappointed me and made me feel bad. I request that my complaint be taken into consideration and that necessary adjustments be made regarding these issues.
