Issue with THY Transit Flight Experience

As a former THY employee, I experienced incredible disappointment. I had a flight on July 2nd from ZRH to IST to GZP. My spouse, my dog, and I started our journey by purchasing an extra seat to avoid disturbing anyone. After landing in Istanbul, we needed to catch our connecting flight. I consulted with the staff due to time constraints. The lady there was playing on her phone and dismissed us by saying 'go that way.' Despite having a passport check at GZP, they asked us to go through passport control. The flight was probably overbooked and closed the gate early. We were at the boarding gate at 12:48, but we were not allowed to board. The next flight was at 18:40, but it was full, with only C class available. They said they would upgrade other passengers to accommodate us. This is unacceptable. We were stranded due to your error. I wouldn't have minded, but my dog's sedative wore off, and there were no restroom facilities. The staff at G4, who were supposed to assist us, were quite unpleasant. We were kept waiting in uncertainty for almost 2 hours. Despite my objections, they said 'here's a meal coupon'... Shameful... Such a company with such indifferent staff. Instead of helping, they scolded us... We had to wait almost 6 hours. Despite my love for THY, I don't know if I will fly with them again. Shame... Such a shame. So much suffering, so much time wasted, and instead of an apology, we were scolded and given a Burger King coupon like throwing a bone... This is not fitting for you.
