Broken Luggage and Stroller on Turkish Airlines Flight - Poor Compensation and Service
On my Turkish Airlines flight, my luggage and stroller were damaged. Despite having a damage report, they are not providing replacements. They offered me a small amount of ₺2,600, but I requested replacements for the broken luggage and stroller instead of money. They have shown no interest in addressing this issue. I never expected such poor service from a company like THY. It's disappointing, especially considering they claim to be Europe's best airline.
