Unacceptable Turkcell Superbox Service! Needed New Device and Refund



Eight months ago, I got Turkcell Superbox in my Izmir home (5th floor, central location), supplementing my Türk Telekom internet for online work. The technician was helpful, but the device was used, dirty. Despite this, we've had constant internet reception issues, contacting customer service ~10 times. They claim our device is the best available, yet my sister downstairs received a new, problem-free device two weeks prior. Our device, unlike hers (photos attached), has been repeatedly 'repaired' (cables changed, taken away then returned), but not replaced. My husband can't connect on his laptop (drops every 2-3 mins), and I struggle too. I called the customer service before the eid was unhelpful, offering generic advice. They now say it's a 'base station' issue. This is unacceptable. I demand a new device. If not resolved, I'll go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for a refund of the unusable service. It's unfair to charge for a device and provide a used one.
