Turkcell Gave My Child a Reused Line and Ignored My Internet

The new line I bought for my 8-year-old child's smart watch was used, supposedly a line that had been disconnected a year ago. Not only do they fail to mention this, they also claim the new number they'll give me is a number that has been previously disconnected. Strangers are calling my child, and I keep receiving constant messages. Turkcell claims to be the best company in Turkey, but I find this nonsense unacceptable from such a company. I switched to Turkcell fiber for my home internet, and when the fiber was transferred to my apartment, I received a message from Superonline on Tuesday, July 8th. They said they would call me within 48 hours to make an appointment, but today, July 13th, I still haven't heard back. I've been experiencing issues with both my mobile phone and my home internet at the same time.
