Turkcell Weak Internet Coverage and Connection Problem

I have been experiencing seriously weak mobile internet on my Turkcell line for about 2–3 months in Şanlıurfa, Suruç. The problem is not limited to a single point; the internet is very weak and unstable almost everywhere in the district and I cannot use the service efficiently. I have contacted Turkcell customer service about this issue before, but I could not get a positive or solution-oriented response, and the problem still continues in the same way. I request that the mobile coverage and internet quality in Şanlıurfa Suruç be technically examined and that the coverage area be improved so that I can benefit from the service I pay for properly.
