Turkcell Unauthorized Call Forwarding Detected - Request for Security Check
Dear Turkcell Representatives, I am a Turkcell subscriber and recently discovered an unauthorized call forwarding on my line. The forwarding appears to have been made to +90 (539*********27). Despite trying the ##002# and other deactivation codes, the forwarding remains active. This situation raises serious concerns about the security of my line. Therefore, I request: (1) the complete cancellation of all call forwarding settings through your system, (2) information on when and through which channel this forwarding was initiated, (3) assistance in ensuring the security of my SIM card, including replacement if necessary, and (4) an investigation of this matter by your security department. I kindly ask that the necessary checks and corrections be made regarding this action, which was performed without my knowledge or consent.
Dear Customer, We called and spoke with you regarding your request on 12.11.2025. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us. For any support you may need regarding our products and services, you can visit the 'Help' page in our Turkcell application. Best regards, Turkcell
