I Cannot Remove Call Forwarding and Miss Calls on My Turkcell Line

When someone tries to call me while I’m on the phone using my Turkcell line, they constantly get a busy signal and the call doesn’t come through to me. In the call forwarding settings, the number 0539*****27 appears and cannot be deleted under any circumstance. I’ve tried resetting the settings myself, but nothing has changed. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no solution has been provided. Each time, I’m told the issue has been forwarded to the technical team, but no one ever follows up. I’m also starting to have serious concerns about the security of my personal information. The service and support you provide in exchange for the money you charge is absolutely zero. I’m repeating the same complaint once again.
