I am using the Turkcell Superbox Digital Special 300 GB package, and for the last three days I have noticed that my internet allowance has been depleting extremely quickly. I have not connected any new devices, made any updates, or used the internet in any unusual way, yet my allowance has been consumed very fast. I tried contacting Turkcell customer service during this time, but I could not reach them or receive any support. I request a detailed investigation into why my internet allowance is decreasing so quickly, a detailed usage report, and technical oversight if necessary.
