Turkcell Superbox 200 GB Keeps Disconnecting - I Want a Refund

I am using the Turkcell Superbox 200 GB package in Karatay, Konya. For a long time, I have been experiencing constant disconnections 24/7, which completely prevents me from using the internet service properly. I have contacted Turkcell customer service many times to resolve the issue, but no solution has been provided. These ongoing disconnections have left me unable to benefit from the service, causing me serious inconvenience. Therefore, I request a refund for the service I have not been able to use. My subscriber number is 0534*****51.
