Turkcell Superbox Wrongly Recorded My Internet Usage and Refused to Investigate

As a Turkcell Superbox user, I initially used only 150 to 180 GB of the 400 GB internet provided in my contract. Therefore, I reduced it to 200 GB during the contract renewal. However, in November, my internet, which started with the reduced plan, was fully consumed within 20 days, leaving me without internet by mid-December. I thought the issue was excessive usage on my part. On January 10, 2025, at midnight, my internet was renewed. To verify my suspicions, I downloaded a 480 MB update and played a game for 1 hour. I logged off the internet at 2:33 AM. When I checked the app, it reported that I had used 11 GB during that time. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that they couldn’t do anything about the situation or even open a complaint. Despite giving my consent to investigate and check how the data was being used, they stated that nothing could be done. I am dissatisfied with this situation.
