Turkcell Shut Down My Line Over ₺1000 Charge Caused by Their Partner's Outage

Turkcell hasn't taken responsibility for a ₺1000 (almost $30) overcharge on my account, which happened because of an internet outage from one of their corporate partners. This situation wasn’t my doing, but instead of dealing with it properly, Turkcell acted like I was to blame by threatening to take serious actions and cutting off my mobile service. I thought things would be sorted out fairly, but now I'm stuck facing some pretty unfair outcomes. It’s disappointing to see a company of this size neglecting accountability and penalizing a loyal customer for their mistake. Please fix this issue right away, remove the charge, and restore my mobile service as soon as possible. This level of service is unacceptable.
