Turkcell Marked Extra Boxes Without My Consent During Transfer

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, I completed the necessary steps through a web browser to transfer my number from Türk Telekom to Turkcell. In the subscriber preferences section, I only checked the box stating “Do not send promotional announcements about advantageous services and tariffs from Turkcell.” I left the other options unchecked. When I clicked on the subscriber agreement summary sent to my email, I noticed that three additional boxes had been marked without my consent. I have not yet received the SIM card. I kindly request that the boxes I did not personally check be unchecked.
