I Was Promised a Turkcell 90 GB Package but Got a Social Media Plan Instead

On April 29, 2025, I saw a poster at the entrance of the Turkcell store in Kentpark Shopping Mall advertising a package of 90 GB + 1000 minutes + 250 SMS for ₺471. I went inside to ask for more information and was told that this package was available for line transfers. I asked if there were higher-tier packages, and they said there were packages with additional social media data. I then said I wanted to switch to the advertised campaign, and my transfer process was completed. On May 1, 2025, around 6 a.m., my line became active and I inserted the SIM card into my phone. I received an SMS showing that a package with +60 GB for social media, +30 GB of regular internet, +2000 minutes, and +250 SMS had been activated on my line. This was the package I had inquired about and agreed to. However, they did not inform me that it included a social media data bundle. I request that this mistake be corrected immediately and that my line be switched to the originally promised package. If necessary, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

I explained the problem during the phone call, they said they would forward it to the relevant teams. Every morning I receive a message saying they are working on it, but I haven't gotten any results yet. I will add an update at every step, but the fact that this process is taking so long is increasing my dissatisfaction even more.

Friends, they did not provide any results for the transaction I carried out at the NEXT-LEVEL Turkcell branch; on the contrary, they make you look like a liar. This is unacceptable, I am completely dissatisfied and want to complain to the fullest extent.
