Turkcell Made an Additional Charge Without My Knowledge
It appears that a charge has been made on my Turkcell bill using the 'Charge to Bill' feature without my consent (₺50 for Oasis Games? and ₺29.9 for the Charge to Bill Service Fee). When I contacted Paycell, as advised by Turkcell Customer Service, I was informed that there was indeed a ₺50 charge for Oasis Games on my bill, but for more details, I was told to contact "Trend Ödeme Kuruluşu". When I reached out to "Trend Ödeme Kuruluşu", they claimed I had purchased a service from "Backup Gayrimenkul Danışmanlık"?! When I stated that I did not approve such a charge and wanted to dispute it, the woman on the phone said there was nothing they could do. When I pointed out that my bill shows a service from Oasis Games, not Backup Gayrimenkul, I received no explanation. We’re already paying more for the slowest, lowest-quality internet in Europe due to the lack of alternatives, but this situation is even more frustrating. I neither purchased a service from Oasis Games nor from Backup Gayrimenkul. I demand an explanation for this discrepancy. When I called Turkcell to completely disable mobile payments, I was told this wasn’t possible. The best they could offer was to lower the limit to ₺10.
