Turkcell Network Unavailable in My Area Despite Regular Bill Payments

In the Bahçelievler Kocasinan Merkez area of Istanbul, on Orkide 1 Street, the Turkcell network just doesn’t work at all. I brought this up weeks ago, but nothing has been fixed yet. For the last couple of months, we haven't had any signal around here. From what I gather, the lease for the tower ran out, and Turkcell took down the base station. In the meantime, folks like us who keep up with our bills or add money to our accounts are stuck without any service. It's really frustrating to pay for something that I can't even use. I'm asking Turkcell to fix this problem and get the signal back up here as soon as they can.
