Turkcell Charged Me Extra Without Informing Me Properly

I bought a new line from Turkcell for my 7 year old son with the smart kid tariff. Then we couldn’t use the line because the smart watch was broken, but we plugged it into the sim card slot of a mobile phone so that the line wouldn’t be lost, and a lump sum tax payment was taken for the line. We complained about this but they said there was nothing to do, a lump sum tax was taken, so we said let it be paid anyway and returned the broken smart watch and didn’t get a new one. In the following process, we learned that the contract had ended after 1 year and the tariff was continuing again at a price without a discount. When we talked to Turkcell about this, they said a message was sent to the relevant line and a notification was made. I am the legal owner of the line and my main number is registered. Are you informing my 7 year old child that the contract has ended? I am complaining about this situation. I was not informed in advance, you didn’t warn me, I don’t accept it, what you are doing is fraud. When I said that they didn’t even take my words seriously, they closed the issue by saying “we informed you”. They have terrible customer representatives and I am very uncomfortable with this situation. They are literally committing fraud by taking advantage of system vulnerabilities.

I have never seen a company as indifferent as Turkcell, trying to use its customers' money. After receiving a negative response from you, I paid my reflected bill, and immediately afterwards, a line opening and closing fee was charged. How can you reflect a line opening and closing fee on the June bill when we haven't even used the line for 14 months? I made a big mistake by getting a smart kids' watch plan for my son from a company like yours.
