On January 24, 2025, we applied for the Turkcell 4.5G 350 GB Superbox package. During the application process, we were told that the installation would be completed within a maximum of six days. One day after the application, we received a call, but we were unable to answer at that moment. We immediately called back, left a note with the call center we were directed to, and were told that we would be contacted again. However, although we were called several more times, even when we answered the phone we were redirected to another line, said “hello” repeatedly, heard no sound, and the call was disconnected.
During this process, we also went to the local branch and made multiple phone calls, but either the calls were not answered at all, or when they were answered, the line was disconnected without any conversation, as if the phone was just being rung and then hung up. Today is January 6, 2026, and 13 days have passed since the application, yet no installation has been completed. We are experiencing serious inconvenience, especially due to the indifferent and irresponsible behavior of the Kayaşehir Superbox installation team.
I am requesting that the Superbox installation we applied for in the Kayabaşı neighborhood of Başakşehir, Istanbul, be completed as soon as possible, with our application taken into consideration and the process finalized without further delay. Because of these issues, I do not recommend Superbox to anyone.
