Turkcell Charges Loyal Disabled Customer More Than New Subscribers


I have been using my Turkcell line for approximately 17 years. I am also a person with a disability. The offers presented to me are extremely expensive. Additionally, for the past month, I haven’t been receiving proper service in exchange for the amount I’m being charged. I submitted a service request for my location, and the response I received stated that the base station is insufficient. However, I experience this issue everywhere I go. Internet speeds are very low—especially the upload speed, which doesn’t exceed 2 Mbps on 4.5G and barely reaches 5 Mbps on 5G. If Turkcell is charging us this much, they are obligated to provide the corresponding level of service. I kindly request that necessary action be taken.
