I have been a Turkcell customer for 13 years and currently use the Mega+ 50 GB postpaid plan. On October 21, 2025, at 17:48, I contacted customer service to ask about new packages and prices since my annual contract was ending in three days. I was informed that the new plans had reduced data limits and significantly higher prices. While my current plan costs ₺750, I was told that the same plan under a new contract would cost ₺960. During the call, I asked if I could receive a special discount or offer as a long-time customer, but the representative said that everyone pays the same price and no discounts are available. As a loyal Turkcell customer for many years, I expected a more favorable offer or pricing. I would like to change my plan and benefit from discounted rates for long-term customers. My customer number is 5373**8602. I request an urgent resolution and a response regarding my complaint. If a personalized offer is not provided, I plan to switch my line to Vodafone on October 23, 2025. This year, I am determined—Turkcell no longer makes its loyal customers feel valued.
