Turkcell Charges Excessive Contract Termination Fee for Poor Signal

I contacted Turkcell because my phone signal doesn't work, even in city centers. I expressed my desire to terminate my contract, but they quoted me ₺730 as a termination fee. Just a month ago, another representative quoted ₺550 for the same issue. It seems like Turkcell's customer service reps arbitrarily determine termination fees. Turkcell's service is becoming increasingly disappointing.

I did not make any application to customer service; they brushed me off with a standard voicemail message. I already have my call recordings. One customer representative said over 500, another said over 700. Let it be reviewed and checked. If your customer satisfaction is not just in words but also in reality, of course.
