Turkcell Charged Me More Than Quoted for My New Line


I contacted Turkcell because my phone signal doesn't work, even in city centers. I expressed my desire to terminate my contract, but they quoted me ₺730 as a termination fee. Just a month ago, another representative quoted ₺550 for the same issue. It seems like Turkcell's customer service reps arbitrarily determine termination fees.
