Turkcell Charged Me an Unjustified Penalty for My Superbox Package
I was using the Turkcell Superbox 200 GB package. About five months ago, I was informed of a ₺12,000 penalty, which I paid. After making the payment, I contacted customer service and was told that all my debts had been cleared. However, today I received another penalty message for ₺2,800, with no explanation or reference to any contract clause. No clarification was provided regarding why these penalties were issued, and I never signed any contract. I was also not given any invoice or receipt for my previous payments. I have never encountered such additional charges before. I expect Turkcell to cancel this unjustified ₺2,800 penalty and provide me with a detailed explanation. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
