Turkcell Charged Me for 7 Months on My Superbox Line Despite Paying All Bills
I have consistently used Turkcell Superbox and ensured my bills are paid promptly. I have the payment receipts to back it up. Out of nowhere, I was informed that I hadn’t settled my bills for the last seven months. They initiated enforcement proceedings without conducting a thorough investigation or providing any prior notice, and even tacked on additional charges such as attorney fees. This situation feels incredibly unjust and overwhelming, particularly since I have proof that the payments were completed. It's baffling how a company can operate with such a lack of consideration, especially when it leads to significant repercussions for its customers. I will assert my rights to the utmost. I am ready to take action by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I will pursue legal avenues if necessary.
