I Cannot Use Internet Due to Turkcell Network Problem
About a month ago, I switched my phone line to Turkcell and encountered some internet issues in the area where I work. I reached out to Turkcell customer service on July 9th to address this matter. I received an unfavorable response regarding the region on July 17th. I reached out to customer service in order to modify my line. I was informed that I have the option to modify my line, but there will be a termination fee and taxes involved. I inquired about the reason for being charged for a product that I was unable to receive service for. I was informed that there were no available solutions. I am currently in the process of submitting my application to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
