Turkcell Failed to Fix My Call Connection Issue Despite My Reports
I am experiencing a serious issue when calling certain mobile numbers and my home landline using my Turkcell line. When I initiate the call, there is no ringback tone on the recipient’s side, and even if they answer, there is no voice communication. This situation makes it impossible for me to reach important contacts in both my personal and professional life. I have reported this problem multiple times to Turkcell customer service, and although records have been created, no permanent solution has been provided. The issue still persists and severely disrupts my communication. I urgently request that this problem be identified and permanently resolved. If not, I will be forced to exercise my legal rights to seek compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Our problem still continues. The technical team that came directed us to another unit (L1) team. I hope it will be resolved. I will update here as the process progresses.
