I noticed that Turk Telekom couldn't give me the international call package I asked for, but they did end up processing two separate orders. When I was at Esenboğa Airport, the internet was slow and the Turk Telekom network wouldn't work. I bought an extra package by accident while trying to buy the packages one at a time. I found out about this later and tried to cancel it by calling customer service while I was traveling outside of the US. They asked for a screenshot, but I wasn't able to send one at that time. I couldn't fix the problem because I was about to leave for my flight. After coming back, I see that the extra call package was bought because the system was too slow to use the 1GB package alone. I want my money back for the extra call package.
