Unexpected Turbo VPN Secu Auto-Debit With No Google Play Record

I am an Android user and I would like to report an unauthorized auto-debit transaction made to Turbo VPN Secu via my DANA digital wallet. On June 20, 2026, an amount of IDR 187,590 was charged to my DANA account without my consent, and there is no corresponding subscription transaction in my Google Play Store history. The transaction details are as follows: the transaction amount is IDR 187,590, the transaction date is June 20, 2026, the Transaction ID is 20260620111212800100166190764492710, and the Merchant Order ID is G3H3EMoU3mvNxEb5S96hExy. This is the only time such a transaction has occurred. I did not authorize this subscription and I did not knowingly subscribe to any Turbo VPN Secu service associated with this payment. I have already contacted DANA regarding this issue, and they directed me to Google. Google then directed me to Turbo VPN support, so I am now requesting that this matter be investigated and resolved. I am asking for a full refund of the IDR 187,590 that was charged without my authorization and for confirmation that no further charges will be made through my DANA wallet related to Turbo VPN Secu.
