Turbo VPN Promised Refund but Never Sent My Money

I subscribed to Turbo VPN on March 10, 2024. I paid the fee but then changed my mind and started the cancellation process. Live support asked me to send the invoice and payment receipt, which I did. I was told that a refund would be issued, but it still has not been processed.

Is there anyone who can actually handle this issue?
