I was expecting more from Tupperware's 1 liter premium thermos, especially since I trusted the quality of the brand. However, to my dismay, the thermos fell on its side during its first use and the glass tube inside shattered. The fact that it broke from a minor fall was unexpected, and it didn't even take a hit from anything external. The glass simply shattered from its own weight and that of the liquid inside. I'm disappointed and surprised that the product could be so weak. This has shaken my trust in the brand, as I was a loyal customer before this incident. I hope the company can resolve this issue and prevent future problems for other customers.
