My Stanley Thermos Lid Shattered from a Small Drop – Not as Durable as Promised

I purchased a Stanley thermos a few years ago, expecting durability, but a minor drop completely shattered the lid. For a product marketed as tough and built to last, this is unacceptable.
I paid a premium price, believing in Stanley’s lifetime warranty, yet my thermos didn’t even last two years. The lid’s opening mechanism is made of weak plastic, which made the thermos unusable after breaking. This part was clearly not designed to be sturdy.
I expect Stanley to honor its warranty and replace the broken lid. A thermos that fails from a single fall is not high-quality. Stanley, stand by your guarantee and fix this issue!
