Tupperware Thermos Bag Tore After One Month – Denied Warranty Coverage


I purchased a thermos bottle bag from Tupperware, and after just one month, it tore. The bottle was always difficult to fit into the bag, but I trusted Tupperware’s quality and didn’t think it would be an issue. I reported the tear via email, explaining that it happened very quickly, but I was told it’s not covered under warranty. I’m disappointed with the lack of support for a product that should last much longer. I request that Tupperware take responsibility and offer a replacement or solution for this defective product.
