Stanley Failed to Honor Lifetime Warranty After My Thermos Lid Broke in Two Years

I bought a Stanley thermos, confident in the brand’s reputation and the assurance of a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, after only two years of use, the lid has shattered into two pieces, as illustrated in the attached picture. This was surprising and rather disappointing, given the reputation for durability and reliability that Stanley has. I contacted customer service, expecting a resolution, but I haven't gotten the level of support I would expect from such a reputable brand. It's disappointing to witness a product not perform as expected and to have the problem remain unresolved despite the lifetime warranty. I sincerely hope Stanley takes responsibility for its products and resolves this issue quickly, as this experience has really affected my confidence in the brand. Best regards.
