Having no warranty coverage, my faulty TCL 30 SE phone
I am unsatisfied with my recent Media Markt purchase of the TCL 30 SE phone. On September 28th, 2022, my wife and I purchased this phone for its useful features and to support domestic goods. However, we've been having a recurring problem with the phone turning off on its own and not turning back on with the power button. We must wait a long time and hope that it will turn on by itself, which is inconvenient and frustrating. We bought this phone with hope and faith in its quality, but it has proven to be a huge letdown. Further investigation revealed that other users had reported the same problem, indicating that this is a recurring problem. As a result, we demand that the phone be replaced or refunded with a new one that does not have this problem. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments.
