Trust Wallet Blocked My Transfer – Funds Frozen Without Explanation

On February 25, 2025, I received $4,925.24 USD into my Trust Wallet from Moonfair Capital (UK). When I attempted to transfer these funds to my BTCTurk wallet, the amount was deducted from my Trust Wallet balance but never reached BTCTurk.

I immediately called 41*7683 multiple times, only to be met with vague and threatening responses. I was informed that my transfer was flagged as suspicious and that my account had been blocked due to a high transaction amount. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I must match 50% of the blocked amount in order to release my funds.

This is completely unacceptable—why is Trust Wallet withholding my money and demanding additional funds? I demand an immediate resolution and the release of my transfer without further conditions.

According to the notification from BTC Türk, the cryptocurrencies sent to me by the firm Moonfair Capital were fake.
