I Lost ₺6935 Worth of USDT on Trust Wallet After Unauthorized Transfer
I downloaded the Trust Wallet app, set up my password, and manually backed up my wallet as instructed. Over the course of 10 days, I transferred a total of 6935 USDT from BTC Türk into my Trust Wallet account. During that time, I made small profits using M Pool services. However, on my most recent login, I was shocked to find my entire balance had vanished.
When I checked my transaction history, I saw that all of my funds had been transferred out of my wallet without my knowledge or permission. Soon after, I received a suspicious message through M Pool, claiming I needed to send $2776 USDT to my wallet to get my money back. This sounds like a blatant scam layered on top of a serious security failure.
I demand that Trust Wallet immediately investigate this matter and restore my lost funds. I followed all the rules, secured my credentials, and acted in good faith. I trusted this platform to protect my assets, and I expect full accountability. Please take action now.
They said on WhatsApp that they were Trust Wallet customer service. They gave me an email address: '[email protected]'. Does Trust Wallet have such a support line? I sent an email and they said my account would be reviewed. Two hours later, they said my account had been reviewed and my money would be refunded. Apparently, I need to have 0.5 Ethereum in my account for the refund. I am sharing the email I received with you. I would be very happy if anyone who knows could help.
