About seven months ago, after a transaction I carried out in the Trust Wallet app, $4,253 of my balance was blocked. When I log into the app, I can still see the blocked funds, but since I am not familiar with how to handle this situation, I have not been able to take any action. The transactions were carried out earlier with the guidance of certain individuals. I initially started by transferring ₺5,000 from Binance, and with their direction, my balance grew to $4,253. However, when I attempted to withdraw the money, my account was blocked.
During this process, I was contacted by people from the United Kingdom who told me I needed to send more money in order to recover my blocked funds. Since I did not trust them, I refused to make any additional payments. I also tried to reach Trust Wallet’s official support channels but was unsuccessful. Although my account still appears active, the block prevents me from using my money in any way.
I am requesting that the block on my Trust Wallet account be lifted and that my balance be refunded to me. I urgently ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
