I am very frustrated with the situation I’m facing with my Trust Wallet and BTCTurk wallet. Despite having a balance in my Trust Wallet, I am unable to make any transfers to my BTCTurk wallet. To make matters worse, I received calls from people claiming to be from Switzerland who said that I needed to pay them to match the two wallets. They assured me that the match was completed after payment, but I still can’t make any transfers. This whole experience has been very stressful, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. The fact that I’m still unable to access my own funds is unacceptable. I am deeply concerned about the security of my assets and the integrity of the platforms involved.
