I Transferred Coins from Gate.io to Trust Wallet but They Don’t Show on Homepage

I transferred coins from Gate.io to my Trust Wallet, but the funds are not appearing on the wallet's main screen. Although the transaction appears when I click “Check Network Connection,” it still doesn’t show up on the homepage of Trust Wallet where my other balances are listed.
This is incredibly frustrating because it looks like the coins are lost unless I dig through menus to find them. I’ve double-checked the network, the receiving address, and everything is correct. I’ve also refreshed the wallet multiple times and restarted my device—still no solution.
I’m asking Trust Wallet to urgently fix this visibility issue and ensure that transferred funds are properly reflected on the homepage. I shouldn't have to guess where my money went. Please assist me immediately and resolve this situation.
