I Sent Dogecoin to My Trust Wallet but Balance Shows Zero

I transferred Dogecoin to my Trust Wallet account, and the transaction was confirmed, yet my balance shows zero. My Dogecoins are nowhere to be found in my wallet. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem with the wallet I use regularly. Even though I received a notification that the transfer went through, the coins aren’t visible in my account. I’ve invested real money, and this issue is causing me serious concern. I expect Trust Wallet to urgently resolve this problem and restore my missing Dogecoins immediately. This situation is unacceptable and needs swift action to protect my investment.

Do not use Trust Wallet. Last week, even though I transferred crypto to my wallet, the transaction went through but my balance was zero. Even though I backed up with Google Drive, I couldn't restore my wallet. Today I created a new address and transferred crypto again, the transaction went through but my balance is still zero. They are confiscating our money, be careful and definitely do not use it. There is neither a contact person nor support.
