My USDT Transfer Still Pending on Trust Wallet After 15 Days

About 15 days ago, I tried to transfer USDT through Trust Wallet, but the transaction was never confirmed and the screen displayed an “error” message. I performed the transaction using the latest version of the app, and I paid around 4,500 (₺) in transaction fees at the time. The transfer was intended to send USDT from Trust Wallet to another wallet, but to this day, it has not been completed, and the funds have not arrived in the recipient account.

I contacted Trust Wallet customer support, but they only told me to “wait for an email response.” It has been 15 days, and I still haven’t received any follow-up or resolution.

I urgently request that my transaction be approved, my funds credited immediately, and my financial loss due to this technical issue be addressed as soon as possible.
