Trust Wallet Refund Of $15,000 Crypto Still Not Credited Despite Approval

I am facing a serious problem with Trust Wallet regarding a crypto refund. In transaction block number 55*677, I requested the return of approximately $15,000 worth of cryptocurrency. Originally, I lost around $19,000 due to theft, but the funds were later located and I was informed that they would be refunded.

On the system, the refund transaction shows as approved, yet the funds have not been credited to my account. When I contacted Trust Wallet support, I was assured that the refund would be processed within a day. However, several days have passed, and my account still shows no balance update.

This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and it has left me extremely frustrated. The lack of timely action and clear communication from Trust Wallet is unacceptable, especially when such a large sum of money is involved.

I demand that Trust Wallet immediately finalize the refund and transfer the $15,000 back to my account. Customers should not have to worry about whether promised refunds will actually be delivered. Trust and reliability are critical in crypto transactions, and I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
