I Sent 6,685 USDT from Trust Wallet to Binance TR and Never Received My Funds

On March 11, 2025, at 02:01, I transferred 6,685 USDT via BNB Smart Chain from my Trust Wallet to Binance TR. Although the transaction shows as “sent” on Trust Wallet, the funds never arrived in my Binance TR account.

In desperation, I contacted Trust Wallet support through WhatsApp. They asked for my 12-word recovery phrase—which I mistakenly shared, thinking it was part of their verification process. After checking my wallet, they claimed the funds were “stuck on the network” and asked me to deposit 2.0 BNB to retrieve them. I explained I don’t have that kind of balance and asked them to just send the funds to my Binance TR account—but they said that wasn’t possible.

Now I’ve lost access to my funds, and I feel completely helpless. I’m urgently asking both Trust Wallet and Binance TR to help resolve this situation. I followed standard procedures, made a legitimate transaction, and now I’m left with nothing.
