Trip.com Canceled My Flight After Bank Charged Me for the Ticket

Even though I received a spending information for my Antalya-Istanbul flight ticket from my bank, Trip.com sent me a message saying the payment hadn't been processed and asked me to pay again. When I didn't make the payment, you canceled my reservation. I suspect there's a problem with your system. However, they're only responding to my emails and the written information I sent to the customer service representative.
