On April 19th, I checked in for a one-night stay at Zirkon Suit Hotel, booked via Trip.com, for a double room intended for two people. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to be told that no private rooms were available at the price I had already paid. Instead, I was offered a shared room with a stranger.
The bathroom, toilet, and even the hair dryer were to be shared with another unknown guest. This is absolutely not what I reserved. I immediately informed Trip.com, but the situation was appalling. The hotel itself was in very poor condition, and I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. I left the property without checking in and had to make an urgent new reservation at Ümraniye Ramada Hotel out of pocket.
I demand a full refund for the original booking and compensation for the inconvenience and added cost I incurred due to this misleading and unacceptable situation. If Trip.com fails to address this promptly, I will be forced to take legal action. I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and resolve my complaint immediately.
