Trendyol Sold Me Fake AirPods 3rd Gen and Is Not Helping Me Replace Them
I bought a pair of AirPods 3rd Gen from Trendyol because I believed the seller when they said they were original. Even though I was worried and asked the seller directly, they assured me that the goods was real. But when I checked the serial number, I saw that the item was a fake that was being sold with an old serial number. It got even worse when the product didn't come with a statement. The seller's page was down when I tried to get in touch with them again. What I got from Trendyol when I asked for help was an instruction to give comments and wait. This makes it seem like Trendyol is looking out for the seller instead of the customer. I just want a real product to be sent instead because I think that's my right as a customer.
Trendyol, which protects the seller, only took the product back and issued a refund. The seller is still on Trendyol. Never, ever attempt to buy electronic products from there. If I had opened the product, it would have blown up in my hands.
The unreliable seller called months after the incident and made a ridiculous statement like, 'The kids made a mistake and sent you the replica product, and sent the original to the person who wanted the replica.' :) If I had seen a replica product from this seller, I wouldn't have made this purchase; there were no other products in their store anyway... Take my advice, don't shop from places like this so you don't end up a victim like me.
