Faulty Ducati E-Scooter from Trendyol! Return Denied, Refund Refused

Hello, I bought a Ducati electric scooter from Trendyol. The thing arrived via delivery, and I put it together myself. However, the scooter received no electricity at all. I returned the merchandise to Trendyol for a refund. They sent the item to a service center, who claimed to have repaired it and would return it. I informed them that I refused to accept the damaged merchandise and wanted to return it for a refund. The return process was canceled, and they insisted on returning the product. Despite my expressed right to withdraw and my refusal to accept it, they refuse to acknowledge it. I told them I would not accept the delivery and would return it, to which they replied that they would store it in the warehouse and not refund the money.
