Hello, I bought a Ducati electric scooter from Trendyol. The thing arrived via delivery, and I put it together myself. H...owever, the scooter received no electricity at all. I returned the merchandise to Trendyol for a refund. They sent the item to a service center, who claimed to have repaired it and
