Need Help Fixing Roborock S8 Vacuum Problems

I purchased a Roborock S8 robot vacuum from Trendyol, where the seller is also Trendyol itself. The vacuum malfunctioned after 3 months of use. I contacted Trendyol to obtain technical service information, but they never provided it. Instead, they created a return request that I did not ask for.
I sent the product back, and it has been 14 days without any updates. The issue is simply a faulty charging station; how hard can it be to identify that? They are not going to accept a return and are planning to repair it, which is frustrating. I have been without a vacuum for 20 days now.
This level of service is unacceptable.
After waiting 20 days for the repair, Trendyol customer service said that the malfunction was due to user error and was not covered by the warranty. Buying a Roborock from Trendyol is a regret.
