Trendyol Seller Refused to Ship My Sage Espresso Machine After I Ordered
Hello, I’d like to share the issue I’ve experienced with a product I purchased through Trendyol. The seller informed me via private messaging that they could not ship the Sage SES990 The Oracle™ Touch Espresso Machine (Delivery No: 8901365077, Order No: 9580500500) and requested that I cancel the order. In response, I contacted Trendyol Customer Service, but during my conversation with the representative on November 1, 2024, I was told that no warning had been issued to the seller, nor could they assist in resolving the issue. The price of the product when I ordered it was discounted to ₺89,999, but it has since increased to ₺289,999 on Trendyol. The same product is now priced around ₺149,999 on other e-commerce platforms as well. Due to the seller’s actions, I have missed out on a nearly 40% discount, amounting to a price difference of between ₺70,000 and ₺100,000. Additionally, the payment for this order has already been reflected on my credit card statement, resulting in significant inconvenience. Given this price difference, I expect an urgent response on how my grievance will be addressed and what solution Trendyol will provide.
