Trendyol Cancelled Arçelik 10120 M 1200 RPM 10 kg Washer Purchase

I purchased an Arçelik 10120 M 1200 RPM 10 kg Washing Machine from Trendyol and successfully made the payment. I got a message saying 'We've received your order.' and they mentioned that the product will be shipped on January 30, 2024. Nevertheless, whenever I reviewed the order details, it consistently indicated that the product was in the process of being prepared. After questioning the delay in shipping, Trendyol promptly redirected me to the seller. The seller company claimed that the sale did not go as planned and attributed it to an error in the Trendyol system. Trendyol removed these messages. During our first discussion, a customer service representative from Trendyol assured me that they would address the problem with the supplier and ship the product. Unfortunately, the order was canceled and the money was refunded without my consent, a whole six days later. The amount that will be refunded is ₺18,000. I need help with this issue.
